Netherlands 1/4 to win against Wales in tonight’s international friendly

Netherlands are hoping to continue their fine run of form going into the World Cup with a victory against Wales in their warm-up game. After beating Ghana 1-0, the Oranje are hoping to follow it up with another victory when they play tonight.

While unfancied in this summer’s World Cup, it’s worth noting Netherlands did make the final of the 2010 tournament, and came very close to causing an upset to eventual winners Spain.

There are many other nations expected to provide real competition this time around, but Louis van Gaal’s side are taking their preparations seriously and want to get a win against Wales in this evening’s clash.

As a result, Ladbrokes are giving odds of 1/4 for the Netherlands to see past the Dragons. Wales haven’t enjoyed too many victories in the last season, but did win their previous game 3-1 against Iceland. It was the only international friendly victory of 2013/14, however.
