Netzer tells Khedira to reject Real offer

(GSM) – Former Real Madrid player Günter Netzer has advised Stuttgart midfielder Sami Khedira to snub the offer from Real Madrid.

Real targeted the Germany international after his impressive display at the World Cup but Netzer believes he shouldn’t move to the Santiago Bernabéu.

The German legend and famous football pundit says his old club have lost their status across Europe.

“Real Madrid has lost much of its appeal. It is a club full of problems and the chaotic last season showed again that tradition does not win titles,” declared Netzer.

“They have spent a lot of money, but have many unhappy players. Khedira must be aware of this.”
