New PSG deal for Neymar?

According to a recent report from Le10Sport, Brazilian star Neymar is close to agreeing a contract extension with Paris Saint-Germain.

The belief is that the new deal would keep him at the club until at least 2026 but PSG are currently some distance off of convincing Kylian Mbappe to go down the same path. Neymar, in his own right, has been a pretty big star for PSG for a while now – but he hasn’t quite been able to get them over the finish line in the Champions League.

There have been some reports suggesting he wants to head back to Barcelona but regardless of whether or not that’s the case, it’s clear to see he wants to chase success. Whether that be individual or by accumulating more trophies, he is eager for some glory.

If PSG can get this deal done, it’d be the kind of move that reaffirms their position as one of Europe’s elite.
