According to a recent report from TeamTalk, Aston Villa are ready to offer big new deals to star players Jack Grealish and Ross Barkley.
The belief is that the club’s owners will offer Grealish up to £200,000 per week to stay at Villa Park with the club also planning on paying £40 million, the required fee, to sign Ross Barkley on a permanent deal from Chelsea.
Both men have played integral roles in helping the Midlanders to have a fantastic season in the Premier League up to this point, but if Villa want to keep that trend going, they’ll have to pay the big bucks.
The January transfer window has only just been and gone so the priority is probably going to be what happens on the pitch for the time being, but the summer window will be here before we know it, and Dean Smith will want to get deals of this magnitude done as early as possible.
