Newcastle fans will be surprised to hear that former Wimbledon boss, presumably a mate of Dennis Wise, Joe Kinnear, has taken over as interim boss at their club until the end of October.
The sixty-one year old manager has been out of the game since he resigned from Nottingham Forest back in 2004.
The appointment is certainly a surprise, that’s for sure!
I suppose it is good that they have got someone in to try to steady the ship, but whether Newcastle fans will be pleased about who it is or not, I have my doubts.
