Newcastle United and Aston Villa are interested in signing Bazoumana Toure from Hammarby, according to GiveMeSport. Toure has been starring for Hammarby, and a number of clubs have taken note of his talent and are considering making a move for the 18-year-old in the coming months.
One of those clubs is reported to be Newcastle, who are aiming to finish in the top four of the Premier League table this season. Having sold Yankuba Minteh in the summer of 2024, the Magpies are on the hunt for a replacement and have identified Toure as a potential replacement. However, Eddie Howe’s side will face stiff competition for the Ivorian. Tottenham Hotspur, West Ham United, Crystal Palace, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Leeds United and Celtic have scouted Toure.
Toure has been in fine form for Hammarby. The teenager has been involved in 13 goals in 19 starts in the Allsvenskan and is one of the most promising players in the Swedish top flight.
