Newcastle United linked with Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin

Newcastle United could try to sign Dominic Calvert-Lewin if they lose Alexander Isak, according to GiveMeSport. The report has claimed that there is a chance that Newcastle could have to sell Isak if they are unable to convince him to sign a new deal, and if that happens, then Everton striker Calvert-Lewin is someone who could replace him.

Isak is one of the best strikers in the Premier League and has been very good for Newcastle since his move to St. James’ Park in 2022. The Sweden international striker has scored 35 goals and given five assists in 61 matches in the Premier League for Eddie Howe’s side so far this season.

Calvert-Lewin has been on the books of Everton since 2016. While the 27-year-old is a very good striker, he has had injury problems and has struggled to stay fit for a long period of time. The English striker has scored 56 goals and given 15 assists in 224 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.
