Newcastle want Watford winger Ismaila Sarr

Newcastle United are interested in signing Ismaila Sarr from Watford in the summer transfer window, according to The Sun. The report in the British tabloid has claimed that Sarr looks certain to leave Watford even if the Hornets retain their Premier League status for next season.

However, Newcastle are not the only club who are keen on signing Sarr in the summer transfer window. Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool are also reported to be interested in the winger. Liverpool have sent scouts to watch the 24-year-old Senegal international, who has had injury problems this season.

Sarr has made 15 starts and one substitute appearance in the Premier League for Watford so far this season. The winger has scored five goals and given one assist in those games.
