Santos striker Neymar admits he would love to play alongside Leo Messi, amidst speculations linking him with a summer move to Camp Nou.
Speaking to El Mundo Deportivo, Neymar revealed that he was in awe of Messi.
“I would like if Messi was a Brazilian. I’d like to play alongside Messi. I think we would form an excellent partnership.”
The Brazil international inquired about life in Barcelona from Daniel Alves.
”Alves explained how it was to live in Barcelona, he said it was a beautiful city to live in.”
The 19-year-old also admitted he watched Barca highlights all the time.
“I watch Barce whenever I can. I watch their highlights but also matches of teams like Chelsea or Real Madrid.
”Barcelona have everything to win all the competitions in which they take part.”
