(GSM) – Santos starlet Neymar has revealed his interest in moving to Juventus saying that he would ‘willingly wear the Bianconeri jersey’.
Neymar claims he has been approached by Manchester United, Chelsea, Real Madrid, Juventus and Internazionale.
However, the 18-year-old insists he would turn down all offers and move to Juventus as the latter club has ‘great worldwide appeal’.
“There are five big clubs interested in me: Juventus, Chelsea, Real Madrid, Manchester United and Inter Milan,” Neymar told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
“The proposal that I like most is that from Juventus. They have great worldwide appeal.
“The Nerazzurri have prestige, but I prefer Juventus.
“I say this without problems – I’d willingly wear the Bianconeri jersey.”
Neymar was close to finalize a switch to Chelsea in the summer before his club insisted he is ‘not for sale’. But the young Brazilian insists he feels it might be the right time for him to move to Europe.
“The club’s officials have said that I’m not for sale,” he added. “But I don’t think the same.
“This may be the right time to try the European adventure.”
