Neymar: I’m staying until next summer

Santos hotshot Neymar has rejected rumours linking him with a move to Spain by saying that he intended to stay in Brazil until next summer.

The 19-year-old was heavily linked with a January move to Real Madrid or Barcelona, but he has now cooled off transfer talk.

“It has already been decided,” Neymar said at a press conference.

“I won’t leave Santos in the next transfer window, I will stay until the Olympics. I have not reached a deal with any club.”

The player says he is hoping the Spanish giants will still be interested next summer.

“Hopefully in next year’s transfer window, we will have these same two great clubs interested in acquiring me again, or maybe other clubs.

“Until then, I have a lot of time to think about it.”

That is because in his heart, he still wants to play for Juve like what he told the media before. Juve will definitely be in the Champions League next year – an understatement if they don’t bag the Scudetto. New coach, new team, new atmosphere and a new wonderful stadium…If he had wanted to play for Juve without all these before, what more now?

    Neymar, welcome to Juve.
