Neymar interested in Barcelona return

According to a recent report from Sport, Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar is interested in rejoining Barcelona during the summer transfer window. The controversial Brazilian made the switch to PSG from Barca back in 2017, but now, it’s believed that he feels like it was a backwards step. There has apparently not been any real contact between the two parties up to this point, with many rumours suggesting that Real Madrid are also in the running for his signature. When he left for PSG it was said that he wanted to be the main man and step outside of Lionel Messi’s shadow, but given that he now wants to allegedly return, you have to wonder whether he’s coming to take Messi’s spot or if he has just realised the error of his ways. Whatever the case may be, this could quite easily be a saga that drags out for the entirety of the summer transfer window – and probably will be.
