Neymar tells PSG he will not return

According to a recent report from Sport, Brazilian sensation Neymar has informed Paris Saint-Germain that he will not be returning for pre-season, in order to try and force through a move to former club Barcelona. The controversial forward has made it clear that he wants this deal to go through sooner rather than later, as he prepares to seemingly ‘apologise’ to Barca fans after the manner in which he left a few years ago.

Neymar has had a successful spell with PSG from a goalscoring perspective, but it would appear as if Ligue 1 just doesn’t really give him the same kind of thrill or experience as La Liga.

Neymar is currently out of action with an injury, meaning he has to sit back and watch Brazil’s Copa America run from the shelf.

Before long, though, he’ll be back to full fitness and ready to make an impact once again – probably for Barcelona.
