AC Milan forward M’Baye Niang is hoping for a return to the Premier League after spending last six months at loan with Watford.
The Hornets had an option to buy the 22-year-old AC Milan man for a fee in excess of €18 million but they opted not to activate it and Niang returned to Rossoneri where he is unlikely to be given a chance next season.
Niang has reportedly turned to his agent Mino Raiola to help him get back to the Premier League this summer.
The Italian media report that Niang is frustrated with the lack of options despite rumours linking him with Torino and Turkish giants Fenerbahce.
With the player himself looking towards the Premier League, Mino Raiola is thought to be attempting to push his protegee to Everton. The Toffees are set to lose Romelu Lukaku – another Raiola player – to Manchester United and could decide to add a couple of more options upfront despite Wayne Rooney’s arrival.
Everton have also brought Sandro Ramirez from Malaga, but M’Baye Niang would bring plenty of width to Everton’s front line and Ronald Koeman is understood to be seriously considering the possibility of adding Niang to his ranks at Goodison.
