Niang set for permanent move to Watford

The Daily Mail has suggested that Premier League side Watford have already decided to exercise the purchase clause in M’Baye Niang’s contract.

The French footballer joined the Hornets in the final stages of the January transfer window, arriving on loan with an option to buy set at €15.5 million.

And after he scored and assisted in his second appearance for the club, the Vicarage Road outfit are already thinking about turning the loan deal into permanent move.

The Hornets boss Walter Mazzarri seems determined to get the best out of Niang, who had shown flashes of brilliance at AC Milan, and there are no doubts that the spell with Watford could prove a great stepping stone for the 22-year-old footballer.

The interesting thing is that Watford won both games with the Frenchman in the side and they are now 12/1 shot to beat Man Utd as well.
