Ligue 1 leaders Nice are weighing up January move for FC Porto midfielder Yacine Brahimi, L’Equipe can reveal.
Les Aiglons are in the market for an attacking midfielder and they believe the Algerian would be a very good addition to the squad.
Brahimi is going through a very rough patch at the moment at Estadio do Dragao and he would probably jump at the opportunity to kick-start his career at Allianz Riviera.
Nice hope to recruit the 26-year-old on loan with an option to buy, and there is a good chance the Dragons would seriously consider such a proposal.
Following the slow start to the season after failing to leave the club in the summer, Brahimi has seriously raised his form of late, bagging three goals in last four appearances.
His suitors Nice currently lead the chase in French Ligue 1 and they can be backed at 9/2 to go all the way.
