Nice hotshot Jean-Michael Seri admits that he has been tempted by the new Marseille project.
Following a thoroughly impressive campaign that saw him produce 6 goals and 10 assists, the Ivorian is being linked with a big club move.
Premier League clubs Southampton and Leicester City have shown interest, while top French sides are obviously following his performances.
And while Nice chiefs are trying to persuade Seri to extend his stay at Allianz Riviera, the midfielder has spoken about his future and revealed his admiration for Marseille.
“Coach Garcia is someone who likes to play. They are fighting for European positions,” Seri told Onze Mondial.
“I think that next season they are going to make one hell of a recruitment in terms of style of play he wants to set up.
”OM are going to bring big players, it’s going to be a great project, and there’s Payet there too…”
Even though Nice clearly aim to keep hold of one of their star performers, they may not be able to resist big money proposals for Seri that will almost certainly arrive in the summer.
It only remains to be seen whether the highly rated footballer will remain in France or move abroad.
