An own goal from Stina Segerström gave the Norwegians the lead in the 39th minute, and Anneli Giske doubled the lead six minutes later after Sara Thunebro had extended a free kick from Trine Ronning.

The third Norwegian goal came on the hour. Substitute Cecilie Pedersen ran on to an Isabell Herlovsen flick before striking the ball past keeper Lindahl, 3-0.

Sweden got a consolation goal with ten minutes to go, as Victoria Sandell Svensson converted a corner kick to score her last ever goal for the national team.

Norway now meet with Germany in the semi finals on Monday. Earlier this tournament, Germany beat the Norwegians 4-0.
