Norwegian wonderkid on Roma radar

Sport Mediaset has learned that AS Roma are weighing up a move for Stromsgodset midfielder Martin Odegaard.

The 15-year-old is already considered an important player for his club, while he was even handed his full Norway debut back in August.

As a result, top European sides are circling around the talented footballer, with Manchester United, Real Madrid and Juventus just some of his suitors.

According to Sport Mediaset, AS Roma have joined the race as well, having been impressed by the youngster’s recent performances.

The attacking midfielder has already shown incredible maturity for his age and has managed 3 goals and 5 assists in 17 league appearances.

His current employers face a real battle on their hands to keep hold of their star player, especially with Odegaard still on a youth contract.

The player seems happy to stay in Norway for the time being, but it remains to be seen how long he can resist the lure of Europe’s top sides.
