The Canaries, who will play in the Premier League next season after winning automatic promotion from the Championship this campaign, are big admirers of the 20-year-old left-back. However, Norwich are facing competition from West Ham United and Southampton for the England Under-21 international.
Luke Shaw is the first-choice left-back at United and is having a wonderful season. It would make sense for Williams to move to a new club for next season and play regular football.
