The Premier League returns this weekend as yet another enthralling match day will see some incredibly interesting games at both the top and the bottom of the table. We have sourced some really interesting bets that could offer a pretty good payoff so check them out below.
Saturday 22nd September
17:30 BST Leicester City vs Liverpool
Both sides come into this game on the back of 1-1 draws and they will be desperate to forget this dropping of points by taking all three today. Leicester City are a very difficult prospect at home and they have Jamie Vardy hitting some good form at the right time. Liverpool, on the other hand, know they need to tighten up defensively as their offensive line has been the outstanding element of their team. Vardy seems a good bet to score, while enforcer Emre Can will have his work cut out to try and cover his defence against the likes of Vardy and Riyad Mahrez, meaning he won’t always be doing things legally in this one.
Tip: Jamie Vardy to score and Emre Can to be carded @13/2
12:30 West Ham vs Tottenham
Last season, the Hammers dashed Tottenham’s dwindling title challenge at the London Stadium and they will be looking to hand them yet another blow this weekend. West Ham have taken four points from their last two games and look like a difficult proposition now, while Andy Carroll is back to his combative best. Tottenham, on the other hand, will be desperate to move on from their disappointing 0-0 draw with Swansea, and Harry Kane will be looking to get back to scoring. Both sides are very good in the air so expect them to be dangerous from corners, while the fact it is a London derby means there could be a number of big challenges going in.
Tip: Over 2 goals, over 3 cards and over 10 corners @ 11/4
15:00 Stoke vs Chelsea
Both sides were disappointing last weekend as Stoke lost 2-1 to Newcastle, while Chelsea were toothless against Arsenal in a 0-0 draw. At home though, Stoke are a really tough team to beat and they have already beaten Arsenal (1-0) and drawn with Manchester United (2-2), so expect Mark Hughes’ side to attack Chelsea. The Blues, on the other hand, will have been at the drawing board all week looking at where they went wrong. Eden Hazard was introduced and looked good in his little cameo so expect him to have an impact this time around.
Tip: Eden Hazard to score two or more @ 7/1
15:00 Swansea vs Watford
Swansea battled to a very good point against Tottenham at Wembley Stadium last weekend as they continued to build upon their solid start to the season. Watford were awful though as they were hammered 6-0 by Manchester City at home. Former Hull City manager Marco Silva will be looking to bounce back immediately, but a trip to Wales and the Liberty Stadium is never easy. This is likely to be a game in which both sides score, but the Swans will come out on top.
Tip: Tammy Abraham to score and Swansea to win @ 3/1
15:00 Manchester City vs Crystal Palace
Crystal Palace face the less than enviable task of travelling to Manchester City this weekend as they look to give Roy Hodgson a first win as their manager. City meanwhile were outstanding in their 6-0 demolition of Watford as they tore their hosts to shreds. Pep Guardiola will be desperate to see his side pick up where they left off and their game against a side that has lost five games and are yet to score surely means there will only be one outcome.
Tip: Sergio Aguero and Gabriel Jesus to both score 2 goals or more @ 9/1
