The FA Cup returns this weekend for another massive round of action as the world’s most unpredictable knock-out competition is back. Every side in the cup will feel they have a chance of winning it, and teams from the lower leagues will want to get a chance to knock-out Premier League opposition. There is an all-Championship encounter on Saturday, as Hull host Nottingham Forest.

Hull have been struggling massively this season and they desperately need to put their run of bad form behind them. After 28 games they have won five, drawn 10 and lost 13 times, scoring 39 goals and conceding 45 times. In their last five they have drawn three times and lost twice, which has seen them onto 25 points for the season so far, and they are spared the relegation zone by their superior difference to Sunderland. While Hull’s fans will want to see their side go on a cup run, perhaps the side will not be too disappointed if they are able to solely focus on the league.

Nottingham Forest have been fairly good this season as they look to gain promotion from the Championship. After 28 games they have won 11, drawn twice and lost 15, scoring 35 goals and conceding 43 times. In their last five games they have won just once, losing three times and drawing once, which has seen them onto 35 points from the season so far, 10 clear of the relegation zone, and 11 short of the promotion places.
