November 23rd: Saturday’s Premier League Double – 4/1 Special, Betting Tips & Predictions

With the Premier League making its return from November’s international break this weekend, we have a stacked Saturday schedule on the cards.

Watching the likes of Arsenal and defending champions Manchester City steal centre stage, we have seven top flight showdowns from up and down the country.

So, for those of you looking to stick on a Saturday flutter, we have taken a look at some of the most appealing Premier League betting tips.

12:30 Leicester vs Chelsea

While some around Stamford Bridge might have been shocked over the summer following Enzo Maresca’s appointment, Chelsea have continued on a real rise under the former Leicester boss. Heading into November’s international break with a 1-1 stalemate at home against London rivals Arsenal, Saturday’s guests have suffered just a single defeat from any of their first 11 Premier League appearances. Marking their return sat third in the table and with their sights set on booking a lucrative Champions League return, the Blues should be smelling another real opportunity here. Signing off October with a 2-1 victory against Newcastle, Chelsea will also be excited by a rampant record against Saturday’s hosts. Including a 4-2 win when they last met back on March 17th, Maresca’s side have won each of their previous three meetings by an aggregate score of 9-4 and they should be excited by a trip to the King Power.

Although Leicester might have clinched back-to-back victories on either side of October’s international break, the Foxes have come crashing back down to earth. Heading into November’s fortnight interval with a 3-0 defeat away at Manchester United, Steve Cooper’s men have recorded just two wins from any of their first 12 matchups against Premier League opposition across all competitions. Crashing out of the EFL Cup thanks to a 5-2 drumming at Old Trafford on October 30th, the former Nottingham Forest boss will also have a real headache over his side’s extended defensive issues. Falling to a 3-1 loss at the hands of local rivals Nottingham Forest last month, Cooper’s side have put just a single Premier League clean sheet on the board. Looking set for a bottom-three scrap this season, the Foxes should have another tricky test on their hands this weekend.

15:00 Fulham vs Wolves

Marking their return from November’s international break sat just a single point adrift of breaking into the Champions League spots, Fulham have continued on a real purple patch this season. Heading into the fortnight interval with an eye-catching 2-0 win away at Crystal Palace, Marco Silva’s men have cemented their spot as one of the Premier League’s ultimate surprise packages. Opening November with a remarkable last-gasp comeback away at bitter local rivals Brentford as they eventually snatched a 2-1 victory, the former Everton boss should find the mood in his camp at a red-hot high. Looking to mount a genuine European charge this season, Saturday’s hosts have also collected seven points from their previous three Premier League appearances. Likewise, looking to extend on their recent flurry, it should also be noted that Silva’s side have suffered just a single defeat at Craven Cottage.

Finally putting what was a maiden Premier League victory on the board last time out as they clinched a 2-0 win at home against Southampton, Wolves will be desperate to use that performance as a platform to build on. However, still at the heart of a relegation scrap and putting just six points on the board from any of their first 11 top flight appearances, Gary O’Neil’s men are pencilled in as a leading relegation contender this season. Crashing out of the EFL Cup on September 18th following an action-packed 3-2 loss away at Brighton, Wolves have continued to gain a reputation for their glaring defensive issues. In fact, the former Bournemouth boss has seen his squad ship 27 goals in their first 11 Premier League showdowns. Likewise, it should also be highlighted that Saturday’s guests have conceded at least a pair of goals in eight of their last nine matchups across all competitions.
