In 2018, Ross Barkley left Everton to join Chelsea with big hopes of furthering his career, but things didn’t go exactly as planned. He later played on loan at Aston Villa and signed for OGC Nice when his contract expired in 2022, but Luton Town brought him back to the Premier League last summer, again as a free agent, and they certainly haven’t regretted it.
