Nurnberg are in no rush to sell Angelos Charisteas, who was reportedly watched by Fulham manager Roy Hodgson in a friendly on Wednesday.

Hodgson is in the market for a new forward and has also been linked with a move for Manchester City’s Felipe Caicedo. He also admitted last week that any January deals will have to be either bargains or loans, with Nurnberg rumoured to want £1.5million for Charisteas.
