Poland playmaker Ludovic Obraniak says the time has come for his country to qualify for the knockout stages of Euro 2012.
The co-hosts have been drawn alongside Czech Republic, Russia and Greece in Group A, and the Bordeaux man feels they have a fantastic opportunity to reach the quarter-finals.
“Our group is not easy,” he told FranceFootball. “But it’s very open. We’ll be frank: if we don’t qualify from that group, we’ll never qualify.
“We’ve avoided Germany, Netherlands, Italy and France, and we’re playing all of our matches at home. Our chance is here. It’s now or never.”
Poland get the European Championship underway with the opening fixture against Greece on Friday.
