Odegaard to get Real Madrid chance

According to a recent report from AS, Real Madrid could decide to end Martin Odegaard’s loan move to Real Sociedad early during next summer’s transfer window. The youngster has already put in a series of impressive displays for Sociedad throughout the course of the season thus far, as he begins his scheduled two-year loan switch. However, Madrid are seemingly keeping a close eye on his continued development, which could lead to something of a battle between the two clubs regarding where he is going to end up.

There has also been talk of Premier League club Wolverhampton Wanderers being interested, but it doesn’t feel like that is going to interest him enough in comparison to staying in La Liga, where he has clearly been thriving in recent weeks.

Odegaard’s professional career has certainly had an interesting trajectory in recent times, but for now, he needs to focus on his time with Sociedad.
