Celtic striker Odsonne Edouard has told the club’s board that he wants to leave at the end of the season, according to Football Insider. The 23-year-old striker is out of contract at the Glasgow giants in the summer of 2022, and he has no plan on signing a new deal and wants to leave.
The Hoops are reportedly about to appoint Eddie How as their new manager. Neil Lennon stepped down as the club’s boss in February, and John Kennedy has been placed in charge of the first team on an interim basis until the end of the season.
Edouard is one of the best strikers in the Scottish Premiership and is ready to make a move to the Premier League. According to WhoScored, the France Under-21 international striker has scored 16 goals and provided three assists in 26 Scottish Premiership matches for the Hoops so far this season.
