Wolfsburg striker Ivica Olic has revealed that he is considering a offer from Premier League side Stoke City, Sky Sports understands.
With his current deal at the Bundesliga side set to expire, the Croatia international is considering his options and whilst he has the opportunity to remain with Dieter Hecking’s side, he is tempted by a switch to England.
The 34 year old moved to the Volkswagen Arena from Bayern Munich in the summer of 2012, and has scored twenty-one goals in fifty-four appearances in all competitions.
In his three seasons with Bayern, he won the Bundesliga title and the German Cup, and was twice a runner-up in the Champions League while he has also won titles in Russia and his native Croatia.
Internationally, he has won 89 caps, and will be keen to be involved in what is likely to be his final tournament for his country – this summer’s World Cup finals in Brazil.
