After being linked to a move to Crystal Palace earlier on, it seems like Oliver Burke has instead made the trip to England to join West Bromwich Albion, according to Marca.
The Scottish international is reportedly in England undergoing a medical examination to sign for The Baggies after they placed a £15 million bid for the winger.
This comes as a shock move as, just as early as Wednesday, various outlets already had Burke moving to Selhurst Park, but on second thoughts he decided he will join Tony Pulis’ side at the Hawthorns.
The 20-year-old Burke will make his return to England after spending less than a year in Germany, where he plays for RB Leipzig.
Before making the move to the Bundesliga club, he spent three years at Nottingham Forest making 31 appearances for the Championship side.
Barring another last minute change of heart, it seems as if Burke will join Albion, who have two wins out of as many games in the Premier League so far.
