Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Oliver Skipp will join Norwich City on loan in the summer transfer window, according to The London Evening Standard. It has been reported that the teenager will move to Norwich on a season-long loan deal.
The report has added that Skipp was at Norwich’s training ground on Monday morning to complete a medical and agree personal terms. Fulham, Wolfsburg and Arminia Bielefeld, Huddersfield Town, Reading and Trabzonspor also wanted the 19-year-old, but he has decided to switch to Norwich.
Norwich will play in the Championship next season after getting relegated from the Premier League. The Canaries will be looking to bounce straight back to the top flight of English football, and Skipp, who is an England Under-21 international, will hope to play regularly in the first team, and develop as a footballer before trying to break into the Tottenham starting linup in 2021-22.
