West Brom defender Jonas Olsson could be on the move to another club after stalling over contract negotiations.
The Sweden international has admitted that it is his ‘dream’ to be competing for titles, and is hopeful his time with West Brom and next year’s European championships will attract the attention of a more established team.
West Brom are keen to hang on to the centre-back and are hoping to wrap up a new contract with the player, but Olsson is keeping his options open.
“We have been discussing contracts during the autumn. The club wants to extend, but I haven’t made my mind up yet,” he told Swedish newspaper Helsingborgs Dagblad.
“I am truly enjoying myself at West Brom and it’s not impossible that I will extend my contract here but, at the same time, I might be in a good position if I do well at the end of the season and also do well at the European Championship.”
“I am looking forward and would consider a move to another club in England or another league.”
“My dream is to play for a club that fights for titles.”
