Olympiakos Piraeus earned a comfortable 3-0 win over Panthrakikos in Sunday’s Greek league action in order to jump back to the top of the table.

Main rivals Panathinaikos won 0-1 at Iraklis on Saturday, and temporarily occupied the top spot in the Super League.

But Olympiakos delivered a solid performance in their home match with Panthrakikos, with Luciano Galletti putting the defending champions in the lead after 37 minutes.

Dudu Cearense made it 2-0 shortly before the break and went on to add a third two minutes ahead of the hour mark.

With 14 of 30 rounds played, Olympiakos are one point ahead of Panathinaikos and a stunning 11 points ahead of third-placed PAOK.
