According to a recent report from Tuttomercato, Divock Origi is set to complete his long-awaited move to AC Milan later today.
The belief is that the forward will be arriving to complete his medical, completing a deal that is worth £66,000 per week and will last over four years.
In recent times we haven’t seen a lot of Divock Origi playing at the elite level, but that certainly doesn’t mean he doesn’t hold an important place in the history books.
Liverpool supporters rightly recognise him as a legend within the annals of their club, largely due to the fact that he’s scored some incredibly important goals for them – including one in the Champions League final that helped them lift their latest European Cup.
Origi may not be the kind of 20-goal striker you need every single year but when things are looking bleak, he’s the sort of player who can pull a rabbit out of the hat.
