Orlando City are one of the clubs showing interest in FC Porto playmaker Juan Quniterro, according to A Bola.
The Colombian footballer had largely struggled since joining the Dragons from Pescara, but he recently managed to get his career back on track.
Namely, the 24-year-old impressed to score 8 goals in 15 league appearances during the loan spell with Independiente Medellin, catching the eye of quite a few top clubs in the process.
FC Porto officials plan to take advantage of Quintero’s good form and they hope to receive around €10 million for his services.
While the Colombian side and Argentine giants River Plate are also keen, latest reports suggest that Orlando City lead the chase.
The MLS outfit are preparing for life after Ricardo Kaka and they clearly see Juan Quintero as a good long-term replacement.
