Ousmane Dembele linked with Atletico Madrid switch

Catalan daily newspaper El Mundo Deportivo is reporting that Barcelona winger Ousmane Dembele could join Atletico Madrid in the summer.

It is no secret that los Colchoneros hotshot Antoine Griezmann is nearing a summer move to Camp Nou, and his arrival could make life difficult for the former Borussia Dortmund star.

While Atletico Madrid will do everything in their power to keep hold of Griezmann, they will attempt to secure a loan deal for Ousmane Dembele if the forward ends up moving to Camp Nou.

The 20-year-old has failed to impress since joining in a €105 million transfer last summer, scoring just once in 14 La Liga outings.

Therefore, he could be leaving Camp Nou at the end of the season, and a move to Atletico Madrid could prove beneficial for his career.
