Swansea City have agreed to sign winger Pablo Hernandez from Valencia, according to Superdeporte.
The Premier League side are preparing for life without Scott Sinclair, who is on his way to Manchester City, and they are eager to sign a replacement before the transfer window closes.
Swansea boss Michael Laudrup confirmed the club could sign few more players this summer, and now Spanish newspaper Superdeporte reveals that the Swans have agreed a £5.5 million deal for Pablo Hernandez.
The 27-year-old is expected to sign a three-year deal with the Liberty Stadium outfit by tomorrow, which will make him the fifth Spanish player in the squad.
Pablo Hernandez has developed into one of the best wingers in Spanish La Liga soon after establishing himself as a first team regular at Mestalla, but the player’s career started taking the wrong turn of late.
Given that the player is no longer considered a starter for los Che, the Spanish club decided to improve their financial situation by cashing in on the highly rated midfielder.
