Paco Alcacer 6/5 to score anytime against Monaco in Tuesday’s Champions League clash

Competition: Champions League

Market: Paco Alcacer to score anytime

Odds: 6/5 @ Bet 365

Hoping for a favor from Club Brugge on Tuesday, Borussia Dortmund could have the chance to top Group A with another victory over Monaco at the Stade Louis II.

Starting with Thierry Henry’s side, while Monaco may have managed to pick up a 2-0 win over Amiens on the weekend, it doesn’t cover what has been a very worrying start to the Arsenal legends tenure at the Stade Louis II. Since taking over in the middle of October, Tuesday’s hosts have recorded just two wins and they already sit four points adrift at the bottom of Group A. Also finding themselves sat in the relegation zone in Ligue 1, it will be their recent form on home soil giving Henry the biggest headache. The one-time European powerhouses are still yet to record a win in front of their home support this season.

As for the visitors, few would have expected the immediate impact that Lucien Favre is having at Borussia Dortmund. Capitalizing on Bayern Munich’s public struggles at the start of the new Bundesliga season, they currently hold a seven-point buffer over their bitter rivals. It isn’t just in Germany where Dortmund are impressing, they have already qualified for the knockout stage of this year’s Champions League and their start to the season has been epitomized by the form of Paco Alcacer. The former Barcelona man already has 14 goals this season and should be confident of extending on that tally at the Stade Louis II.
