Le 10 Sport understands that Chelsea striker Loic Remy will sign a contract with Crystal Palace in the coming days.
Despite splashing out on Christian Benteke, the Eagles are determined to recruit the Frenchman as well, and they appear to have agreed a deal with their Premier League rivals.
Remy is expected to arrive on a season-long loan, with an option to buy set to €12.5 million.
The Frenchman will be allowed to leave Stamford Bridge due to the fact that he is not in the first team plans of new boss Antonio Conte.
Remy has made just 9 Premier League starts since joining Chelsea, but he, nonetheless, managed 8 league goals.
And having also impressed playing for Queens Park Rangers and Newcastle United, Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew clearly believes the 29-year-old will form a very good attacking partnership with fellow summer recruit Christian Benteke, who was handed his debut in the League Cup clash with Blackpool.
