Crystal Palace will consider offers for Wilfried Zaha and Aaron Wan-Bissaka this summer, manager Roy Hodgson has admitted.
The former Liverpool and England boss has been quoted by Sky Sports in saying that the Eagles are aware of links between bigger clubs and their players, Zaha and Wan-Bissaka. The club are in a good position when it comes to any potential negotiations as the current deal of Zaha runs for five more years, Wan-Bissaka’s for four. Palace would be very happy if both of them would stay at Selhurst Park next season, and they’re not putting them up for sale.
However, Hodgson underlined the need for the club to remain realistic in their approach, meaning that they would be ready to assess any offers that came their way.
His pace and trickery have made winger Zaha the subject of many speculative reports over the past few seasons, while Wan-Bissaka only recently broke through as one of the most talented fullbacks in the Premier League.
