Palace trio set for new contracts

The Mirror understands that Crystal Palace manager Tony Pulis is set to offer three members of his squad new deals with the club after their efforts this season helped them avoid relegation.

Goalkeeper Julian Speroni, midfielder Kagisho Dikgacoi and striker Marouane Chamakh are all set to be out of contract in the summer, though Pulis is keen to secure their services following the final game of the season at Fulham on May 11th.

The Eagles boss was named manager of the month in the Premier League on Friday after winning four of their five games in April to ensure their top-flight status.

The club were in the relegation zone when the Welshman took over from Ian Holloway back in November, yet they could move into the top half of the table if they get a positive outcome from their game against top of the table Liverpool and other results go their way.
