Real Madrid and Chelsea are locked in the battle for Javier Pastore, according to Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini.
The Rossanero are looking to sell their most prized asset but have slapped a €50 million price tag on the Argentine.
Recent reports suggested that Napoli could also join the race, but Palermo president has ruled out such a possibility.
“I haven’t heard from Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis for weeks,” Zamparini told La Gazzetta dello Sport. “They haven’t made a new approach.
“Right now, it looks as if Pastore will move abroad. Real Madrid and Chelsea are leading the race for his services.
“All the same clubs still want him.”
