(GSM) – Panathinaikos beat Larissa 0-3 on Sunday to maintain their comfortable gap with the rest of the Greek Super League.
The Athens outfit went ahead through Djibril Cisse in the 44th minute, and the French forward went on to add another one minute later to leave the home side stunned.
Sotiris Ninis found the target for Panathinaikos’ third goal with eight minutes left to play.
Second-placed Olympiakos earned a comfortable 5-1 win over Levadiakos. Olof Mellberg (19th) and Matt Derbyshire (36th) gave the defending champions a 2-0 lead before Giannis Taralidis pulled one back in the 41st minute.
In the second half, Olympiakos accepted no more protest from their opponents as Derbyshire made it 3-1 in the 53rd minute and two late goals from Kostas Mitroglou earned his team a 5-1 result.
The gap between Panathinaikos and Olympiakos remains at six points.
