Vieirinha then capped off the victory on 66 minutes with his seventh goal of the Greek season, sending PAOK a point clear of Panathinaikos at the top of the table.
Panathinaikos travel to Panionios on Sunday while Olympiakos – now three points back PAOK – host Atromitos.
