PAOK Saloniki are the new leaders in the Greek Super League, at least for the day, following a 3-0 win over Panthrakikos on Saturday.

The Thessaloniki outfit were never really troubled at their own Stadio Toumbas, where 24 minutes had been played when Stelios Melezas scored the opening goal.

Olivier Sorlin scored four minutes before the break to make sure that PAOK would begin the second half with a more comfortable advantage, and Lino went on to make it 3-0 with 12 minutes to go.

PAOK are now one point ahead of Panathinaikos, who could reconquer their lead when hosting Levadiakos on Sunday. Olympiakos, who play away to Iraklis, are two points behind PAOK.
