World Cup quarter-finalists Paraguay will play Australia and New Zealand in October in two friendlies.
The South Americans take on Australia at Sydney Football Stadium on October 9 and play New Zealand three days later at a venue to be confirmed, Football Federation Australia and New Zealand Football said Thursday.
The Socceroos, who crashed out of the World Cup in disappointing fashion, have one win and three draws in their four previous encounters with Paraguay, all at home.
New Zealand drew with Paraguay 0-0 in their final pool game in South Africa.
Australia are also scheduled to play Slovenia in Ljubljana on August 11, Switzerland in St Gallen on September 3 and Poland in Krakow on September 7.
