Paris Saint-Germain are on the verge of agreeing a deal to sign La Galaxy midfielder David Beckham, according to L’Equipe.
The veteran midfielder plans to leave La Galaxy when his contract expires in November as he wants to return to Europe.
French giants Paris Saint-Germain are very keen on the former England captain and they have already contacted the player regarding a move to Parc des Princes.
A source from the French club confirmed to L’Equipe that “negotiations are well advanced”, and the deal should be officially announced very soon.
Qatar Sports Investments, the company that owns 70% of the club, are already working on a marketing plan that would allow the club to profit from David Beckham’s huge popularity.
