Paris Saint-Germain eyeing Christian Mayo

French giants Paris Saint-Germain are keeping close tabs on Boca Juniors starlet Christian Mayo, according to L’Equipe.

The 18-year-old has just signed his first ever professional contract with the Argentine giants, and he is predicted a bright future in the game.

The Cameroonian footballer has shown a great deal of potential playing for club’s youth sides and has now been promoted to the first team set-up.

Mayo still needs to improve his command of Spanish and things like tactical awareness, but he has clearly done enough to catch the eye of free-spending Paris Saint-Germain.

The youngster has yet to make his first appearance for the senior side at La Bombonera, but reports suggest that head coach Guillermo Barros Schelotto rates the player highly.
