Paris Saint-Germain are interested in signing Frenkie de Jong from Barcelona in the summer transfer window, according to Fichajes. The report has claimed that PSG had scouts watching De Jong during the UEFA Champions League game between Barcelona and Napoli.
De Jong is one of the best midfielders in the world and is a key figure in the Barcelona team. The 26-year-old Netherlands international midfielder has been on the books of Barca since 2019 and has grown and developed during that period.
The Dutchman has scored two goals in 19 appearances in La Liga this season. He scored two goals and provided four assists in 29 starts and four substitute appearances in the league last season.
