Having gone through a disappointing season which saw them once again fail to leave their footmark in the Champions League and sensationally lose Ligue 1 title race to champions AS Monaco, French giants Paris Saint-Germain are thought to be making ambitious summer plans.
According to Spanish media outlet Diario Gol, Les Bleus are preparing a sensational ‘world record’ transfer offer to Real Madrid superstar Gareth Bale.
The Parisians are reportedly prepared to go well over the transfer fee Manchester United paid last summer to Juventus for the Paul Pogba transfer and are fairly confident of the summer deal for the Welsh international.
Another Spanish outlet, Marca, has already suggested Los Blancos would be open to selling Bale in order to fund a deal for AS Monaco youngster Kylian Mbappe.
Gareth Bale has been struggling with injury for the good part of last season and Florentino Perez could decide to let the Welshman go while his stock is still in high demand.
